eVisit is a very professional looking product, has some notable integrations, and customers. However, they do have some gaps in their product offering. Some customers have reported poor service and tech support. Others have reported that the patient apps are problematic.
eVisit does use the latest Web video technology like some of the newer companies and is a solid product.
The financial stability is a tough one to figure out with eVisit. They raised $1M in December of 2016, but six months later turned around and raised another $2M. Hopefully, they didn’t burn through a million in six months.
Not sure if they are weeding people out, but employees have not been favorable about the outlook of eVisit. Some posts have hinted at bankruptcy, but not sure how that’s possible if you just raised $2M three months prior to some of those posts. Employees are not privy to all the inside information, but strange to see so many negative posts on this topic. Is it worth the risk when there are so many options available?
